As with any opportunity it is what you make of it. There are certainly some Small business realities at Pacific Marketing Partners; simply put, a small company cannot afford the perks of a large one, benefits are going to be slim. However, it's a fun and rewarding place to work. Is it super elite? No, but they've now got a talented, hard working, honest, and honorable team in place and it's a very peaceful and friendly environment. All the dysfunctional negativity has left the building.

The owners are demanding and expect results, but they are also supportive, honest, warm, and communicative.

It is what you make of it.
