ITT was a good company to work at, although unfortunately in the last few years they haven't kept up with the pay rates in other defense companies. Ethics are extremely important and the company has had a big push towards diversity in the workforce. Like other large corporations there are many layers of managers and directors which is a negative with communication. There are many excellent engineers that do not get opportunities which they are highly qualified for because the company lacks mentoring. Although the company tries to promote mentoring, it just doesn't happen in most cases.

located around the world these jobs are usually filled by those who want to be in those positions. The pay is great and Co-workers are very competent. The Work Environment is safe and clean. Some locations suck and some locations are great. If you are in a location that sucks they pay you more. Benefits are ok but not great. Career Growth is not the best but the opportunity is there.
