</td><td valign='top'> I have worked with Dart in their sales division for several years and could not be happier. The recruiter told me up front that Dart does not pay the best in the industry but they are a solid, family oriented company that will be around for the long term. I must say that the Dart's ethics are second to none and it is great working with a company that respects it's employees (a rare find in my work history of over 20 years and several employers). Since day one with Dart, I have worked from a home office, received excellent training, and good benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision plus a company credit card for legitimate business expenses and a company car (both are benefits most companies have done away with). Expectations of me have been clear and fair. I even recall a time I sent an email to my manager late in the evening on a couple of nights in a row and the next time I spoke with my manager he stated... "Why were you working so late in the evening? That should be family time. We pay you for a fair day's work and don't want you to burn yourself out." Many of my friends are jealous that I work for such a great company that appreciates a hard working Sales Rep
