CJK is a family owned company. Nothing in the way of benifits except standart health insurance. No dental or 401k matching. Comparable pay. Work weeks are 40 hours. There is overtime during busy spikes. You have to be self motivated and stay busy. They have good equipment, and a good maintenance department. Management wants the workers to be self motivated. They like to know that everyone is doing their job without being policed. That is pretty much how it is. If you stay distracted, are disruptive, and make stupid mistakes, then you will not last long at all.
