			&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td valign='top'&gt;            I is hard for me to explain the above ratings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only thing that I can tell you is that they don't respect the customer once they sell a system and they have a contract where only abc telephones can service the equipment and program the system the customer will be calling and will have to wait forever for help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;The pay is only mediocre and that is the reason they don't have enough good technicians.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Training is nonexistant for the technicians.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;The 3 owner only care for driving sport european cars to work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Customers and workers Beware.</description>
