In at 8AM, out by 5PM. Good, honest, friendly people. Company management has excellent vision and demonstrates good leadership. At times it can be a very fun place to work. Overall good work enviroment and a stable company. Company cars, hallway golf, and some other fun perks included. Honest and ethical company which promotes pride in your employer.<br /> <br><br /> <br>Cons: some workers have been there for years and lack competence. Little to none career growth. Top management is great, however middle managers lack experience and show favortism. Lower level works can be hostile at times.
