</td><td valign='top'> So this used to be a great company several years ago, but the past few years has seen an incompetent management team nearly destroy this company outright. Ridiculous contracts were made with customers just to get their business, the sales force was prevented by dozens of protective vice-presidents from selling ANYTHING other than what they were told to sell, and a general culture of corruption, laziness and greed pervaded. A new senior management team has come in, though, and the old directors and V-Ps have been swept away. The two new guys are doing a very good job at what needs to be done, and the morale of the company is turning around. Great location, and a fair level of competence from the employees.
