Ridiculous contracts were made with customers just to get their business, the sales force was prevented by dozens of protective vice-presidents from selling ANYTHING other than what they were told to sell, and a general culture of corruption, laziness and greed pervaded. A new senior management team has come in, though, and the old directors and V-Ps have been swept away. The two new guys are doing a very good job at what needs to be done, and the morale of the company is turning around.
