Pay: generally lower compare to other Honda suppliers.

Respect: Americans are force to use Japanese broken English. When an American worker do not get the result Japanese wants, Japanese takes over and gets the job done and the American is viewed as incompetent. However, Japanese does not understand that the Japanese wield his power/position and that how he got the job done. Benefit: It is comparable to other Honda suppliers.

Job security: As long as you do not make your boss angry, your job is safe.

Work/life balance: Until recent economic slow down affected the company, overtime was a norm and especially, the translator was forced to work long hours to be evaluated being a good worker.

Career growth: You can expect much.

Location: It is located in the middle of nowhere.

Co-worker competence (translator):　This company has been in business for 20 years plus and Americans are forced to understand/use the Japanese broken English. Although its translation from Japanese to English is very poor (some times the translation was so bad, I had no idea what it meant.) , no American complaints and accepts it, because, American has never seen the good translation (in normal English); American gave it up after 20 some years that this is as good as it's going to get.

Work environment: Except for the die cast, inside facility is pretty clean and no obvious flaw in working condition.
