			&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td valign='top'&gt;            Pay and benefits decent, but pay is somewhat below area average. Respect levels are good from top exec management, yet somewhat lacking from middle management and staff. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Job security can change overnight, I've seen district managers with 20 year senority get canned overnight for restaurants performing poorly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Location is excellent, being that locations are spread all over Long Island.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Co-worker competence is low, mostly baby boomers with antiquated methodolgy and resistance to learn new, more efficient ways of doing things.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;Work enviornment is relaxed, very good compared to any other job I've had.</description>
