A great place to work with highly skilled staff in all areas, excellent engineering teams produce leading edge technology and system capabilities. iDirect expect and get the highest levels of commitment from everyone I know there, a lot of benefits, but you work hard, there is no scope for anyone after an easy ride.

Bonus is an excellent thing, at this downturn of economy. Engineers are competent, fun to work with and do not bite each other. There are some dudes who can warms up their chair - not much anything else. But this kind of people are probably even more elsewhere. Managers are trusting and they work harder themselves - midnight emails are normal. They do think of advancing technologies.

Generally I like this company a great deal. Only one thing: your tuition will only be reimbursed if the degree you are working on is strictly related with your job and is higher than what you already got.

by and large a great place to be. base salary is a bit undervalued for the market, but overall a satisfying place to grow. management will allow enough freedom for you to learn new skills and find your niche. the only knock, other than base pay slightly under water for the market/location, is that overall, the culture is driven primarily by finance-sales.
