Benefits

3

Job Security

5

Work/Life Balance

2

Career Growth

2

Location

5

Co-Workers

4

Work Environment

5

PAY: Manager's make less than $35,000 a year and are required to do too much for too little. Average employee makes 8 bucks. Don't plan on getting a raise no matter how long you work there.

RESPECT: Upper management doesn't really care about you or your life just whether or not you're making budget. The lower you are in the company, the more work you do and the less respect you get.

BENEFITS: Average, of course you pay for them out of pocket and you're not making that much so you probably can't afford them. Full time employees only.

JOB SECURITY: You can work there as long as you want. Just don't plan on getting any raises, ever.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE: If you're an hourly worker it's horrible. Chances are you'll work Friday, Saturday, Sunday every week. If you're a manager you can work whenever you want or don't work if you don't want to. You'll still get paid for 40 hours a week.

CAREER POTENTIAL/GROWTH: Not very good. Not a lot of room for movement. Everyone's pretty much dumb as a rock and couldn't get hired anywhere else. Which means, they're not leaving so nobody is moving up.

LOCATION: 10 minutes from home. In the mall, ladies everywhere.

CO-WORKER COMPETENCE: Workers are very knowledgeable, most have had it with the company though.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Great. Noone there to supervise you. Do what ya want, when ya want.
