i am so proud to be apart of colorlab.they are tough on you because they build you up to be the best.i look up to my manager and the owner who have taught me sooooo much and helped me make my dreams come true.its more like a family of hard workers.

Company has made huge improvements in their workforce. They finally got smart and got rid of all of those who pretended to work and did not perform or slept on the job. It took them way to long to dismiss the slackers. Now that the slackers are gone the working environment has really improved.

I can go to work now and not have to be frustrated with those who did nothing but take a paycheck and complain here.


Benefits are decent, health, 401k, Dental and vision. We have to contribute to the benefits but that is the norm just about everywhere.

I am satisfied with my pay and have gotten a pay increase every year.

I like the company, and my co-workers and to those that lost their jobs....happy job hunting. I am sure you will be back here to complain about your next employer.

I LOVE my job at Colorlab. To those posting horrible reviews I hope you do not work there anymore. It irritating to think I work with you everyday. If you do still work there doesn't say much for you. I would hate to think I am working with someone who dislikes it so much they think it is okay to come to work with their phoniness and attitude and then take a paycheck.
