I've worked here at Castle for 2 years. I came here after leaving a horrible work environment at my last job (also in home improvement sales). I would never leave my job here. Pay is good. Very very positive work environment. It's family owned, and they treat employees like family too. There's no feeling of superiority among employees, or even from employer to employee. (And hey, they've kept me working through the recession, when all our competitors, including 1 of my last employers, are dropping like flies). I would definitely recomend working here if you're looking for a good, SECURE job, with a family-type feel

I have been very happy ever since I started working at Castle Windows. I feel that they pay very well for whatever field you work in within the company, never hear anyone griping about pay. Everyone works so well together and so the morale is always great. I have great people I work with on jobs and I really enjoy meeting people we are installing new windows for. There is also great potential for job growth and promotion at Castle. I think that anyone looking for employment in this industry would choose wisely working for Castle Windows.

Over my 5 years at castle windows I feel they have a very competetive pay rate, fantastic benefits, and flexible hours that allow me to work around my hectic family schedule. The castle family truly becomes that, as there are some employees here nearing the 20 year mark. I started at this company as a warehouse employee and have worked my way into middle management, the growth and potentiol that castle has shown me, along with a great work enviroment makes castle a perfect fit for me for years to come.

Castle is a great company to work for. The take excellent care of their employees, from the fully company paid health benifits, including dental and perscriptions, to the profit sharing retirement plan. Castle treats its employees honestly and fairly. I could not see my self working anywhere else, and hope I am there untill I retire.
