I feel very excited about being part of company on a growth trajectory. All employees work very well together, and all have been offered the ability to own equity. The stated goal from our CEO is to be world class in all aspects of servicing our clients. This culture has permeated throughout the organization.
Communication has been the biggest and best change that new management made. The investment team meets everyday for 30 minutes to discuss opportunities and potential issues for our clients. The quality of advice that comes from these meetings is outsatnding.
The work load has increased over the last year as we have elevated the service to our clients in what has been a difficult environment for all businesses. We have seen the benefits of this hard work in client asset growth and a significant amount of new business.
