Great up and coming online marketing company. I enjoy working in the emarketing department. The colleagues are great.

Some comments below may be justified, however -- I have had many jobs and I can say that this has been my favorite so far. This is a very dynamic and exciting environment. People have come and gone, and that is to be expected in such a fast moving industry. I love the people at Bayshore, they are smart and fun, have integrity and pride in their work, and do a great job for our customers.

The company has some very talented and energetic employees, though, in my time there, they had great difficulty keeping them. It became such a terrible culture to be in each day when people quit at least twice a week (we actually started taking bets on who leave next). I learned so much from my coworkers and always got the chance to learn more because new ones were always cycling through. If they spent the money on retaining employees that they do recruiting them it would be a much better environment. The work produced was always quality regardless of poor upper level management and how they may have charged for it. Oh the golf shirts, ha.
