Working at Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance — Reviews by Employees

I was lead to believe the position I was hired for was much more challenging than it was. Apparently I went to college to work in the Mailroom. All work was monitored by computer, somewhat like Big Brother (monitoring work output/input, phone usage, & internet usage). I out-paced the rest of my team with no effort, but was still checked on by "mom" on an hourly basis. The last thing I need is "mom" breathing down my neck more than my real mom would. The best thing was going to the bar accross the street at quiting time.
