AllMeds sometimes struggles to compete against large, publically traded companies, but for the most part, it has become a solid company with tremendous potential. Most of our customers seem very happy, at least the ones I talk to. Upper Management is usually respectful of its employees, sometimes too much so as some people get away with murder. But most of us really want to see the company succeed and grow. For our area of the country, the pay and benefits are above average. I really enjoy working with most of my coworkers. There has been some turnover but no more than most companies. There are a bunch of people that have been here for several years, including most of the managers.
We were told that last year was our best year by far. I am curious to see if we get to share in the wealth.
I look forward to working here for a while.

I've worked at AllMeds for over a year and can honestly say it's the best job I've ever had. Let's start with the people: to say AllMeds provides a family atmosphere understates the environment. It's the least stratified, most helpful and team-oriented company I've been a part of. I've never seen politics played anywhere and this is the first time in my career I can say that. At all levels, the people are friendly, unpretentious and, quite simply, fun to work with. The opportunity: I'm able to do more and learn more than at any other job I've had. Larger companies are inevitably more compartmentalized and leave less room for movement within a position. AllMeds provides all the opportunities to expand my skills and experiences I could want. The stability: AllMeds is supported by well-funded investors who actually see it as more than an investment. Don't get me wrong: they ARE business-minded, but I've witnessed and heard their dedication to the employees' happiness and satisfaction. AllMeds encourages employees to invest in the company because they know it creates a sense of ownership and responsibility. There is very definitely a feeling of 'this is my company' throughout the office. The bottom line: I've worked for five other companies in my career, some small and others members of the Fortune 500. Every company has its stengths and weaknesses, but I LOVE working at AllMeds. They'll have to drag me out of the building to get me to leave.

AllMeds can be a great place to work! They are like any other small company that doesn't have deep pockets. There have been many ups and downs! There is a strong sense of "family" among the employees. Many people will drop what they are doing and lend a hand to a co-worker in need. There are not enough employees to get some of the work done that needs to get done, therefore there tends to be a lot of stress amongst the staff. It is difficult to find the work/life balance when you feel that there are so many tasks left to be completed! I feel both respected and confident that my co-workers are compentent. I would like to think that there is potential growth but do have some concerns that it may not be possible and might have to consider moving to a larger company to find a career path which will allow me to grow.
