The pay is without a doubt one of the up sides of working with this company. Just starting off without a high school diploma will earn you between $10-14/hr.
Respect in the workplace is really obvious. If you're a nobody in the workplace don't expect the warmest 'Good Morning's.

The benefits aren't bad but not good either. It's pretty standard, one year for dental and 2 years for vision. Around 15 vacation days for an average employee.

Job security you don't have to worry about, AIC struggles to keep its employees. They hire as fast as they fire.
The work environment is neither good or bad. On one hand you get to work with your co-workers on the other, the whole floor is extremely noisy with people shouting here and there. Quite irritating after a while.

Now my complaint...
I've been working there for a short 4 months but I've put my blood and sweat into my job. I practically work 7 days a night day and night. I hardly get to see my family and I constantly strive to be the best hoping that it will pay off in the end. Well its no surprise that it didn't. The company just got granted a new portfolio and I wasn't one of the chosen to work on it. 20 people got chosen half of them being 1 week new employees and honestly are a bad addition to the company.

I don't know if it's racial discrimination or what but I'm tired of it. But what can I do? I'll just walk into work each morning smiling while inside I'm unhappy and not going to perform 100%.

If there was one thing I regret doing that would be joining this company.
