This center actually takes time to listen to its agents and implement the changes they ask for. The agents wanted more pay, they got it. The wanted a cafeteria, they got it. And this list keeps going. The benefits could be better, but there are companies out there that do not have benefits at all. The opportunity for advancement is amazing. You can go just about anywhere you want including to several other countries. All you have to do is work hard and expand your knowledge of the business. This truly is a company that rewards those that help themselves.

ACS Healthcare Solutions, a division of ACS is on the top of my list as far as consultant firms go. The pay takes travel into consideration, the work/life balance is unbelievable, and you can't beat the location...Southern CA! Work environment is fun (cubicles and offices for space) and the people are great. Ok, the one issue is they are bringing in warm bodies to fill seats needed. Step up to the plate, make yourself known, and you will see growth within 6 months. There is such a high need right now for folks, anyone with any IT background is hired. To be successful you need mngmt., training, and an IT background. Highly recommended...just don\'t allow yourself to go unnoticed.

This is a generally good job and company. It is an outsourcing company so you can not expect very high pay as their whole mission is to save their customer money.
It does have a lot of employee growth potential with opportunities to learn all aspects of the IT industry. Overall I think ACS is a great company to work for and gain valuable experience.
