Worked there for several years. The pay is actually WELL above average for social work, which puts it on the high paying end of laughable (This is a positive thing for the company, poor for the field). Management can struggle to understand that getting cussed out, assaulted, etc, by delinquents gets draining. Benefits are on par with the field, though they do a good job eliminating or minimizing yearly benefit cost increases for all levels. The schedules are VERY unforgiving to those with families, but there is TONS of potential growth and advancement, making this a good company for young, fresh out of college people. Grab some experience, and then grab a desk job elsewhere in a few years when you have some experience.
